We casually place our clothes or bath towels on the chairs, thinking we will use them the next day, they are not that dirty.
I do the same for children, not on the chairs in the bedroom, but in baskets just underneath their school uniform.
Every time they get changed after school, the children look into their own baskets to grab some 'still clean' clothes.
'Mummy, is this Bath Day tonight?'
When the answer is 'No', they put their pyjamas on, and 'Yes' means they find some clothes from the basket/get some clean clothes from the drawers.
When the system is easy to understand, the children do it.
My children are asking themselves 'did I wear these yesterday?'
The dirty clothes go into the laundry baskets, and the rest go to their 'still clean' baskets.
Every second counts for your family time.
